without time

A series exploring our indirect awareness of space and time. Seasonal, reflected light directly exposes silver gelatin paper and records the momentary, peripheral awareness of an object. The resulting soft palettes and fleeting abstract images speak to the fullness of the visual experience and knowledge of a place that we create from the barest suggestion of information, while at the same time denying an accurate depiction or a firm record of the event, lending doubt to the accuracy of individual perspective or experience.
